An issue has been brought up concerning the care of indoor hitting facility. Players have been bringing sunflower seeds and gum inside the facility. This is a HUGE NO-NO. The staff has had to dig-out gum from the astro-turf and spend extra time cleaning up sunflower seeds thrown onto the floor.

Effective immediatley, any team that is found to be in violation of the no seeds and chewing gum policy will be fined $20.00 extra for having to clean-up the mess. Teams refusing to pay the fine will have their hitting facility privlidges suspended until it has been paid.

Hitting facility coordinator Dave Biddle will advise his staff to inspect the facility prior to and after the departure of each team and advise them and him of any infraction of these rules.

EACH COACH WILL BE REQUIRED TO INSPECT THE FACILITY BRIEFLY BEFORE TAKING OVER AND PRIOR TO LEAVING AND NOTE ANYTHING TO THE STAFF IN ADVANCE.

This policy is in effect to ensure the hitting facility is kept in excellent condition and available for future generations of SCYB players long after all of us are gone.

Your attention and cooperation with this matter is greatly appreciated.
